Our first PSARC Sunday Foxhunt of the season is 3:00 PM EDT, October 11, a change from the time discussed at the meeting last night. As with our Summer direction-finding foxhunts, we start out on our 146.94 repeater for check-ins, moving to 146.58 simplex for the hunt. Hunts will be in the Bangor area unless otherwise specified. We can use a volunteer to be the “hidden fox” for this Sunday. Please come out for the hunt! There may be the possibility of a “ride along” with a more experienced fox hunter(s). Contact Ed, WI1Z FMI.
We're doing antenna work for members this week and could use volunteers. Backup antenna launchers are also welcome. If you can help, or can bring a launcher, let us know.
